Rebuild Men's Group
You have been carrying this alone long enough.
Isolation, secrecy, and the next slip do not stay small. They take the marriage, the self-respect, and the next year. You want out of the cycle, and to be known without being crushed for it.

Hope. Purpose. Healing.
The problem is not that you have not tried.
The hiding. The fear of being found out. The marriage that cannot take another secret. Managing it alone is still managing it.
Isolation
Known without judgment
Shame after the slip
A place to tell the truth
Secrecy and a double life
Freedom you can live in
Broken trust
Trust rebuilt, one week at a time
Why I run this
The man is the one doing the work. Rebuild is the guide. Nobody else can want this for you. What you can have is a room — online, confidential — with other men who know the same shame, and a licensed counselor who will not flinch or flatter.
I run Rebuild because secrecy is lonely work, and it does not get lighter by itself. Derek Evans, M.A., LPC-MHSP(A), leads the groups under Alliance Counseling. Empathy without excuse.
How it works
- Schedule a fit call.
- Get matched into a cohort.
- Start the weekly group plus the between-session rhythm.
What's included
Weekly groups for men recovering from sex addiction and compulsive sexual behavior. Currently Zoom — online only.
Groups stay small, typically 6–8 men. A fit call comes first so confidentiality and readiness can be talked through honestly. Between sessions, there is a rhythm so the work does not live only in the hour.
Serving men in Tennessee — Franklin, Mt. Juliet, and telehealth. The official group site is rebuildmensgroup.com. Instagram @rebuildmensgroup.
